Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shopscan account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to generate your unique RMA number and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment automatically once it is scanned.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
